The Main Purpose of machine is to wash external & internal surface of the vial in Rotary Continous Motion. Machine uses state of the art Gripper system which hold vial from Neck & then invert vial till washing get completed and finally release the vial on out feed starwheel in vertical position. Automatic Rotary Vial Washing machine is composed of 6 Washing station covered inside the dome & it efficiently provide 3 different type of Internal internal water washes such as Recycled Water Wash, Purified Water Wash & WFI wash and 3 air washes. For  external Surface cleaning of the vial , Machine is equipped with 1 Air wash & 1 water wash.
